On March 8, NASTAD hosted the final webinar in the series "Employing Status-Neutral Approaches to End the HIV Epidemic". The webinar, "Status-Neutral Messaging and Promotion for EHE” covered status-neutral communication and promotion for HIV prevention and care. NASTAD in partnership with the National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD) shared strategies and best practices for stigma-free messaging and marketing for reaching communities and community providers. Gwinnett, Newton, & Rockdale County Health Departments presented their outreach efforts to community providers. Trans Equity Consulting shared best practices for messaging and promotion that is inclusive of LGBTQ community members. The Kaiser Family Foundation shared how jurisdictions can utilize their status-neutral campaigns for community education and outreach.
