Shanice Bailey

Shanice Bailey (shuh-NEESE bay-LEE) is a senior associate on the Health Equity team. She provides communications support for health equity initiatives and other NASTAD projects, and supports DEI through her work on the Minority Leadership Program, Intramural Advisory Committee, and Anti-racism Work Group. Prior to joining NASTAD, Shanice worked as a curator and researcher with a focus on contemporary art, queer history, and the intersections of art and activism. She received her B.A. in American Studies from Smith College, where she studied the visual culture of the AIDS crisis as a Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Fellow.
