Shanice Bailey is a senior associate on the Health Equity team. She works on the HRSA SPNS project on Evidence-Informed Approaches to Improving Health Outcomes for People Living with HIV. Through this project, she supports the development and dissemination of resources for the Center for Innovation and Engagement website. Prior to NASTAD, Shanice worked as a curator and researcher with a focus on contemporary art, queer history, and the intersections of art and activism. She received her B.A. in American Studies from Smith College, where she studied the visual culture of the AIDS crisis as a Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Fellow.
