Isaiah Webster III

Isaiah Webster is the senior director of Organizational Excellence for NASTAD, and oversees the implementation of strategies designed to strengthen health departments and community-based organizations across the United States. As part of NASTAD’s Organizational Leadership Team (OLT), Isaiah ensures that the organization’s core values are upheld and contributes to organizational management. Isaiah also leads the development and implementation of technical assistance activities as a subject matter expert for NASTAD’s Prevention and Health Equity teams – specifically working in areas related to HIV stigma, implicit bias, program design and minority leadership. Isaiah has more than 20 years of experience in HIV program management and training; prior to joining NASTAD in 2012, he worked for several organizations at the national and grassroots level. Originally from Louisiana, Isaiah received a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
