Tim Horn, M.S.

Tim Horn is a director on NASTAD’s Public Health Systems team and is focused on advancing the organization’s biomedical intervention access priorities. He supports training and technical assistance activities related to strengthening the capacity of AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) for people living with HIV/AIDS, pre-exposure prophylaxis and post-exposure prophylaxis programs for people vulnerable to HIV infection, and viral hepatitis elimination strategies. Tim also works closely with NASTAD’s Policy and Legislative Affairs team on national prescription drug pricing and financing priorities, including 340B Drug Pricing Program policy navigation and sustainability. He has been engaged in HIV treatment and prevention research education and advocacy for more than 30 years.
