Nicole Elinoff (she/her/hers) is a manager on the Prevention team. She supports the team by working on the development and implementation of TA/CBA projects with local health departments and community-based organizations across the South and Phase 1 End the HIV Epidemic (EHE) jurisdictions. She also coordinates NASTAD’s PrEP access portfolio of work and lead the development of NASTAD’s TelePrEP Learning Collaborative. Nicole has experience both in the non-profit and government sectors. Prior to NASTAD, Nicole worked as a regional HIV prevention coordinator for the Florida Department of Health in Orange County. She received her M.P.H in Health Education and Promotion from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Nicole is based in Washington DC.
