Nicole Elinoff, M.P.H, C.P.H, C.H.E.S

Nicole Elinoff is a senior manager on the Prevention team. She supports the team by working on the development and implementation of TA/CBA projects with local health departments and community-based organizations across the South and Phase 1 End the HIV Epidemic (EHE) jurisdictions. She leads the coordination of NASTAD’s PrEP access portfolio of work, working across many NASTAD teams. Nicole has experience in both the non-profit and government sectors. Prior to NASTAD, Nicole worked as a regional HIV prevention coordinator for the Florida Department of Health in Orange County. She received her M.P.H in Health Education and Promotion from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Nicole is based in Washington DC.
