Emily McCloskey Schreiber

Emily McCloskey Schreiber is the Senior Director, Policy and Legislative Affairs, where she provides strategic leadership on NASTAD’s policy and legal research portfolios. Since joining NASTAD in 2011, she has represented governmental public health programs to Congress, federal government and partners, and national and community stakeholders. Emily co-chairs the Federal AIDS Policy Partnership’s AIDS Budget and Appropriations Coalition, a coalition of national advocates and organizations dedicated to increasing federal resources for HIV, viral hepatitis and STD education, prevention, treatment and care. Emily also serves as the co-chair for the Ryan White Working Group and as a board member for the Coalition for Health Funding. Prior to NASTAD, Emily served as the Public Policy Associate at The AIDS Institute and received her B.A. in Politics and Media and Communications Studies from Ursinus College.
