Chloe’ Bernard is a senior associate on the Health Care Access team. Chloe’ supports key activities under NASTAD’s cooperative agreements with the Health Resources and Services Administration HIV/AIDS Bureau that focuses on providing Ryan White Part B programs and ADAPs technical assistance (TA), including supporting peer-to-peer information sharing and mentorships, developing and executing webinars, and preparing and disseminating other TA deliverables. Prior to NASTAD, Chloe’ served as the Ryan White quality manager at the Mississippi State Department of Health, where she oversaw their clinical quality management program, provided capacity building to funded providers around quality management, as well as served as co-facilitator to the MS Statewide Quality Group. Chloe’ received her B.S. in Psychology from Alcorn State University and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University.
