Brittany Trnka, M.P.H
Brittany Trnka (Brit-nee Trink-uh), she/her/hers, is the Associate Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and performance frameworks that drive organizational learning and continuous improvement across all projects and programs. Brittany's work focuses on transforming monitoring and evaluation data into actionable insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making within the organization. With nearly a decade of experience in community-based HIV initiatives, program evaluation, and data analysis, Brittany brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. Prior to joining NASTAD, she managed a prevention program at an HIV community-based organization and led national monitoring and evaluation efforts for technical assistance in EHE (Ending the HIV Epidemic) jurisdictions. Brittany received her M.P.H. from Southern Connecticut State University and a B.S. in Community Health and Global Studies from Hofstra University. She works remotely from San Diego, CA.
