Billy Golden (BIll-e GOAL-den) is a manager on the Drug User Health team. Billy provides technical assistance for various health department and community harm reduction programs in order to prioritize the health and well-being of people who use drugs. Billy was first introduced to harm reduction practices in 2000 and has since worked in the field since 2014. Billy has a B.F.A from the Art Academy in Cincinnati.
