Assiatu Bantama

Assiatu Bantama (Auh-see-auh-two Ban-tam-ah) is an Associate, Human Resources on the Administration Team. She works with the hiring manager to help source talent, post job descriptions, and provide assistance with the onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior to NASTAD, Assiatu worked at multiple policy organizations as their HR Intern. She received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Maryland College Park in 2020.
