Andrew Whiting

Andrew Whiting, he/him/his, a director on the Human Resources (HR) team. He leads the HR team in achieving its goals and provides assistance to all employees on matters related to workforce planning, recruitment and hiring, talent management, professional development, employee engagement, and offboarding. Prior to NASTAD, Andrew worked in HR at various public, private, and non-profit organizations focused on social justice. Andrew received his B.A. in Geography from the University of Delaware and has been living and working in Washington, DC for over 15 years.
