Connections: From Health Informatics to Improved HIV Outcomes

This brief is designed to highlight the tools and capacities of public health informatics to: (1) augment surveillance efforts, (2) improve care coordination, (3) enhance linkage to- and retention in care for people living with HIV, and (4) assess the utilization of services provided outside of health departments.
