Last Updated

The Advancing Our Efforts to End the HIV Epidemic Webinar Series is designed to provide valuable insights, share best practices, and enhance the collective knowledge of various strategic initiatives identified as priorities.

Innovative Approaches to Clinical Care

These sessions will dive into the latest clinical enhancements and innovations revolutionizing the approach to ending the HIV epidemic. This 3-part series highlights clinical innovations in access to care, linkage, retention, and viral suppression, such as rapid antiretroviral therapy (ART), mobile outreach, telehealth, and mobile health technologies. The interactive sessions will include opportunities for peer learning, discussion, and action planning to implement clinical enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Support

These sessions will delve into the crucial role of community-based organizations, non-profits, and individuals with lived experience. We will examine strategies for engaging clinical partners outside the Ryan White care system, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and private providers. The sessions will also explore the potential of faith-based organizations and religious leaders in promoting HIV/AIDS awareness, reducing stigma, and providing compassionate care and support to affected individuals and communities. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for engaging the immigrant population to achieve the goals of the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative.

Harnessing Data for Impact - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

In this workshop series, participants will delve into the importance of incorporating systems thinking into monitoring and evaluation (M&E) planning, how to create an M&E plan that allows jurisdictions to show progress using process and outcome measures, and how to utilize M&E data to guide program work and maximize impact. Participants should come prepared to review their current M&E processes and leave with practical strategies for effectively collecting and utilizing data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
