Virtual Learning Series on Transgender and Gender-Diverse Health – Session 3: Gender Diversity in Public Health and Clinical Programming

NASTAD, in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Public Health, held the Virtual Learning Series on Transgender and Gender-Diverse Health – Session 3: Gender Diversity in Public Health and Clinical Programming webinar on January 23rd. This is the third in a four-part virtual learning series and focuses on the provision of gender-affirming care, including supporting different types of transitions (i.e., social, medical, surgical, etc.). We also focus on strategies that can be used to create and provide a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, and best practices in data collection. 

The webinar series convened on every Tuesday of January 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM ET. All recordings for this webinar series can be found on NASTAD’s "Virtual Learning Series on Transgender and Gender-Diverse Health" resource page.
