The EHE TA providers (NASTAD and CAI), in collaboration with HRSA HAB, will convene a two-day, in-person intensive TA session with EHE States on September 28-29 in the Washington, D.C. area. This convening will bring together State leaders to identify and develop concrete plans to execute at least one focused and strategic initiative to accelerate linkage and retention in care.
We kindly ask that you do the following:
- Identify a team that comprises individuals that have the authority, influence, and knowledge to identify and execute the identified strategy. Representatives from jurisdiction data, fiscal, prevention, and care teams are strongly encouraged to attend. Your HAB EHE Project Officer and TAP-in staff will be communicating with you to ensure that you have the appropriate team assembled for this effort.
- Register for the in-person event [HERE] by Wednesday, September 8. Kindly indicate if there is a need for travel support.
- Participate in at least one call with TAP-in/NASTAD staff to prepare for the session. TA staff will be reaching out to schedule the virtual sessions prior to the in-person event.
