To get started, please complete the Sponsor Intake Form within one week of your sponsorship confirmation. The deadline to complete the survey is Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

How do we indicate which sponsor benefits and À la carte opportunities we would like to accept?
A Sponsor Intake Survey was sent to a representative from your company upon your commitment to sponsor. Please use this form to indicate which sponsor benefits and À la carte opportunities you would like to accept as soon as possible. If you did not receive a link to this survey, please email sponsorship@NASTAD.org.
Is there a virtual booth?
No. The sponsors will not be expected to host a virtual booth. Instead, all sponsors will be given a virtual profile on the meeting app where attendees can access sponsor details and contact information.
When will we learn the placement of our exhibit booth?
You will be notified upon arrival at the meeting.
Where should we send our exhibiting materials?
Please see the 2024 Exhibitor Information for more information.
Where should we send our sponsor materials, including logo, description, banner ads, etc.?
Once the Sponsor Intake Survey has been submitted, a member of our sponsorship team will email the contact for digital marketing with instructions on where to send your digital materials. The deadline to send digital materials is Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Please prepare your digital materials for the following specifications below:
- Company Logo - Please include BOTH of the following file formats:
- Vector file for in-person exhibit hall signage (.ai or .eps)
- Image file for virtual exhibit booth - 200x100 px (.png)
- Optional PDF files to be displayed on the meeting app
- Up to 3 files can be uploaded for attendees to view
- Banner Ads (if applicable) - Please include each banner ad in ALL 5 of the following sizes:
- 640x80 px (.png)
- 960x80 px (.png)
- 2048x107 px (.png)
- 2732x107 px (.png)
- 1242x120 px (.png)

How do we register our discounted registrants?
Access your discounted registrations using the promo code provided via email. After all complimentary registrations have been used, the promo code will automatically update the registration fee to $300. What is Lead Retrieval? Do we get access to Lead Retrieval?
Lead Retrieval, or access to participant contact information via scanning attendee badges, is being offered as an À la carte opportunity to ALL sponsors through the Bravua app platform. If you are interested in purchasing lead retrieval, view the instructions here.
What is the deadline for sending sponsor materials?
The Sponsor Intake Survey must be filled out within one week of commitment. The deadline to send all digital materials is Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
