Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) Templates and User Guide

NASTAD released a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) User Guide and DSA templates for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B Programs and AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs). Part B Programs and ADAPs will benefit from access to various data sources and the development of DSAs with entities such as state HIV surveillance programs, state Medicaid programs, and RWHAP Part A funded Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMA) and Transitional Grant Areas (TGA). Produced as part of NASTAD’s cooperative agreement with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the User Guide provides an overview of the DSA templates and can be used to develop or enhance your program’s existing DSA.
