Background

NASTAD, in partnership with the CDC, convened a CDR Community Implementation Partners Panel (Community Panel) to provide feedback, expertise, and insight to the National CDR Implementation Learning Collaborative (ILC). Community Panel members represent a group of community-level implementation partners with diverse professional and/or lived experience who have worked with their health department on an HIV or related cluster or outbreak response or in the context of CDR planning  (e.g., individuals who are serving on CDR workgroups, engaging in response activities, or active in the local community’s HIV prevention efforts).

The Community Panel:

  • Informs key areas of focus for the virtual ILC convenings and summit;
  • Provides community-focused expertise for ILC Summit sessions and presentations;
  • Contributes to the development of resources that are responsive to current community needs and concerns related to CDR;
  • Attends additional discussions as needed with NASTAD and CDC to provide feedback on other national-level initiatives or guidance related to CDR implementation.
  • More details about the Community Panel and recruitment process can be accessed here.

Please get in touch with Gerald Campos with any questions about the Community Panel.
