Tanikee McNeal, RN, BA, MSN-PH

Tanikee McNeal (Ta-ne-kee Mac-Neel) is an associate director on the Health Systems Integration team. Tanikee will work to further efforts under the EHE Systems Coordination Provider (SCP) Initiative. Before joining NASTAD, Tanikee served as director of nursing at Tampa Family Health Centers, where she monitored clinical services at fifteen community health centers and implemented their COVID-19 vaccination plan. Tanikee also served in the STI/HIV program at the Florida Department of Health in Tampa and as part of the Medicaid Quality Bureau at the Agency for Healthcare Administration, Florida’s Medicaid program. Tanikee holds a Master of Nursing with a focus on public health, B.A. in Political Science, and an active RN license in 37 states.
