Jennifer Flannagan

Jennifer Flannagan is a senior manager on the Health Systems Integration team. Jennifer supports NASTAD’s technical assistance and capacity building assistance for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Programs (RWHAP), focusing on Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative activities and Strengthening Systems of Care for People with HIV and OUD. Prior to NASTAD, she served as a Health Educator at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she coordinated and facilitated HIV Education training programs for the state of Virginia and worked at the Virginia Department of Health as an ADAP operations specialist HIV prevention community planner, and contract monitor. Jennifer received her B.S in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah.
