Jasmine West is a manager on the Hepatitis team, leading NASTAD’s Hepatitis Testing Partnership and Learning Collaborative cooperative agreement, overseeing programmatic initiatives to increase viral hepatitis screening and linkage to care. She supports state health departments and community partners' technical assistance requests and works in close collaboration with NASTAD’s Drug User Health Team. Previously, Jasmine worked in international development focused on reproductive health and family planning, serving as a technical focal point for HIV prevention with priority populations. Jasmine received her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Northern Colorado and her MPH in Community Health Education from the Colorado School of Public Health.
