Elana Ross (EEE-Lah-Nuh Ross) is a senior associate on the Prevention team at NASTAD working under the Capacity Building Assistance Program (CBA). She provides technical assistance (TA) to health departments on topics including HIV cluster response, stigma, and implicit bias, and she also runs the CBA Tracking System (CTS). Prior to NASTAD, Elana was on the Client Services Team at Food & Friends through her year in the Avodah Jewish Service Corps, and she previously worked in the reproductive rights/health sector. Elana received her B.A. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis. She works remotely from Washington, DC.
