The NASTAD South Africa program supported the establishment and development of a PLWHA consumer network, MANEPHA, in the Eastern cape Province. In collaboration with MANEPHA and our country partners, NASTAD developed a toolkit to assist governments, both regional and national, on how to establish and support a consumer network.
